Is this really how time works for normal people? You know... everything going by slowly, in the right order, with big long periods of nothing?

[The feed appears to be coming from a security camera. A library security camera, no less, although there aren't many books about in this particular section. Just a large computer core overhead, and nearby, a set of computer banks dotted about.
